Design Challenge: With appliances so old they barely worked, and cupboards so small the family dishes didn’t fit, (note doors removed because they didn’t fully close) an upgrade was a must. The Formica was splitting at the seams and the sink sitting on top created a constant mess. Blind corners in upper and lower cabinets meant a lot of wasted space.
Design Solution: New cabinets to the ceiling and a full pantry gave us more space than we dreamed of. Using glass doors over the sink allowed some showoff area for the pretty dishware. All new Energy Star appliances ensure another decade or too of enjoyment.
