Design Challenge: The rental unit kitchen cabinets had been painted to update over the years and now needed replacement. Clean the appliances and marble tile splash to see what we could reuse, and replace the rest.
Design Solution: New full height cabinets in neutral color will keep the kitchen bright and appeal to more renters. Solid surface counters replaced the old Formica and LED under-mount lighting finished off the space. Ripped out carpet in living and bedroom spaces and old vinyl tile from kitchen and replaced with heavy duty wood look vinyl planks throughout the unit.
